Meet Dr. Mahoney
Dr. Kevin Mahoney grew up in Millcreek, graduated from McDowell High School in 1979 and is committed to the dental health and welfare of individuals with whom he lives and works.
Dr. Mahoney received his Bachelor’s Degree from Gannon University and his Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
The number of patients fearing trips to the dentist for treatment was significant enough that Dr. Mahoney felt the need to invest two years in a general anesthesia residency to help those individuals. He received his post doctorate anesthesiology training at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Schneider Children’s Hospital in New York.
Dr. Mahoney is a general dentist with an Unrestricted Anesthesia permit from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, he has presented and published articles on Dental Anesthesiology.
Dr. Mahoney is currently an instructor of Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
